1. Age Requirement
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 21 years old or of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified at delivery.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in USD. Payment is collected via PayPal at checkout or in cash upon delivery (COD). We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or stock errors.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control. An adult signature is required on delivery.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened e-liquids and used hardware are not returnable unless defective. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Health Notice
Vaping products may contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. Our products are not smoking-cessation devices and are not intended for use by minors, pregnant women, or people with heart conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Smoke Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
